Our story
25 Doctors is owned and operated by 25 Doctors LLC. The brand was founded in October 2015 with the goal of being a credible source of health information. We started by sharing viral health facts on social media. Later, we launched this website to expand our reach.
Our team is made up of seasoned professionals who work together to ensure that you have the most accurate and relevant health information at the palm of your hands.
Our Editorial Policy
We want to make health information easier, trustworthy, and more accessible. We have three main principles that govern our activities as a brand. We like to call it the SAR principle.
SAR stands for:
- Simplicity: We hate medical jargon, so we strive to ensure any piece of content is extremely easy to understand.
- Accuracy: We only produce mainstream, scientifically-backed, and medically correct health information. Our leadership team is made up of licensed healthcare practitioners, so we are bound by a code to serve you only trustworthy information.
- Relevance: We try to produce and deliver content in meaningful, relevant ways. We try to make our tone friendly and use some graphics to deliver our message.
We are passionate about accurate health information, so we adhere to strict editorial standards. We ensure that all our articles are written by trained and licensed professionals. Also, we only reference evidence-based, peer-reviewed publications, reputable medical associations or government health websites as our source of information. These references can usually be seen at the end of our medical articles.
To ensure our content is also externally regulated, we subscribe to the 8 principles of the Health On The Net Foundation and have a valid certificate. The principles are:

Our Medical Review Board
To ensure that each published article is medically correct and in line with conventional medical teachings, we have a review board that is made up of board-certified medical professionals. This board fact-checks and reviews each article we publish, making corrections and recommendations in line with global medical practices.

Dr. Henry R. Herrera is a gastroenterologist in Edinburg, Texas. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and works at DHR Health. He is trained in advanced endoscopy, including endoscopic ultrasound and ERCP. He also performs upper endoscopies and colonoscopies on a daily basis.

Dr. Atiba D. Jackson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon in Ohio. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, had his residency at Ohio State University Orthopedic Surgery had fellowship training in sports medicine at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak Michigan.
He has worked as a team physician for the Detroit Lions, Western Illinois University, Southeastern Iowa Community College, and several high schools.

Dr. Raliat Ola-Dauda is a pharmacist in Laurel, Maryland. Adekanmi Lipede is a licensed physiotherapist with a Master's degree in physical activity and public health from Loughborough University. She joined 25 Doctors in 2018 and is passionate about educating people about the best steps to take when trying to be physically fit or when recovering from a mobility-related condition. For fun, she loves to exercise and read.
GRACE ADEJUWON, B. PHARM
Pharmacy and Medications
Grace Adejuwon has a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Obafemi Awolowo University with many years experience in pharmaceutical care, logistics and pharmacy business management. She is also the lead pharmacist at Synapse Services Ltd, a community pharmacy. An ardent lover of nature, she delights in spending time within the pages of books. She uses her love for welding words together to educate people, especially about drugs.
CHIOMA UDECHUKWU, BDS

Dr. Chioma Udechukwu graduated with a bachelor's degree in dentistry (BDS) from the University of Lagos and spent years practicing dentistry. She relocated to Canada to pursue her dental career in a more enabling environment while continuing to work on her passion of educating everyday people about their oral health.
